IAS Temporary Certificate
IAS
appreciates the effort an organization puts into their
quality programs.
In many
instances a company quality program is and has been in
compliance with ISO, however they have never pursued formal
recognition because of the expense and time involved.
This is a predominant situation for small
companies who deserve recognition and require it to satisfy
new contracts.
Now is your opportunity to present formal
recognition via the IAS ISO certificate.
The
purpose of the temporary certificate:

To verify your organization has
an ISO compliant, formal quality program in place,

Program is pending a final assessment for the issue of the
accredited IAS certificate.
Convey
your organizations ability and plans to accomplish
certification.
Temporary certificates issued by IAS
are valid for 60 days and are issued under the following
conditions.

Organization
must have a quality
management system in place that is currently being assessed
by an independent auditor for the purpose of certification.

Certificate is only valid for 60 days and
is designed to indicate to interested parties that the
organization expects to successfully pass an assessment
audit.

The assessment audit is planned and
the auditor has agreed to verify the organizations
information to IAS upon request.

assessment report provided in his or her Accreditation
Package.
The IAS
ISO Certification Program ensures the individual evaluating
the program has applied standardized techniques to the
assessment of the quality management system. Appropriate
verification, including quality documents, record samples,
audit reports, etc. must be provided to support the
assessment report findings.
Upon the
review and approval of the evidence submitted IAS shall
issue a certificate of compliance to ISO 9001:2000.
All
certificates are valid for 3 years and annual survey reports
and fees apply.
Certification Program Fees
An
initial application fee of $1,500 is required for each
certificate requested.
To
maintain active certification status an annual file fee of
$200 shall be submitted with the Accredited Quality
Professionals Annual Survey Report.
