IAS Accredited Certificate

All accredited certificates issued by IAS must be requested by an Accredited Quality Professional utilizing the IAS assessment report provided in his or her Accreditation Package.

The IAS ISO Certification Program ensures the individual evaluating the program has applied standardized techniques to the assessment of the quality management system. Appropriate verification, including quality documents, record samples, audit reports, etc. must be provided to support the assessment report findings.

Upon the review and approval of the evidence submitted IAS shall issue a certificate of compliance to ISO 9001:2008.

All certificates are valid for 3 years and annual survey reports and fees apply.

Certification Program Fees

An initial application fee is required for each certificate requested.

To maintain active certification status an annual file fee is required and shall be submitted with the Accredited Quality Professionals Annual Survey Report.
